A bear got under the wheels of a car in Primorye and died

A white–breasted bear died under the wheels of a car on the Khabarovsk-Vladivostok federal highway in Primorsky Krai. Footage from the scene on Sunday, July 19, is published by Izvestia.

According to eyewitnesses, the bear suddenly ran out onto the road in the evening. The driver did not manage to avoid a collision.

As a result of the incident, the animal died on the spot, and the car was seriously damaged.

A correspondent for Izvestia reported on May 19 that a moose was shot down in the Istra district of the Moscow region, after which the animal lay for two days near the village of Pavlovskaya Sloboda in an immobile state. Later that day, the calf was examined and transported to the Losiny Ostrov National Park for assistance. On the afternoon of May 20, veterinarians were preparing the animal for surgery, assessing its condition as stable and satisfactory, but later it became known that the animal had died.
