A resident of the Belgorod region was injured as a result of shelling of the region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on July 20.

"In the city of Shebekino, a civilian was injured as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

The man suffered a mine explosion injury, lacerations to his head, abdomen and arms. He was taken to the hospital, and doctors are providing all necessary assistance to the wounded man.

In addition, as a result of the shelling, windows were broken in the house, the roof and facade were also damaged, the gas pipe was broken and the wall of the outhouse was destroyed. Damage was also recorded to the car.
