The State Duma reported on the preparation of a project to ban propaganda of the ideology of dehumanization

The State Duma is working on a project to ban the dissemination of information that promotes the ideology of dehumanization among children. This was announced on July 20 by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Tatyana Butskaya.

"The State Duma is developing a bill to ban propaganda of dehumanization. We can see how carefully the ideology of rejecting human identity, which is being promoted through our children, is already very clearly creeping in through various groups on social networks," she told RIA Novosti.

According to her, such propaganda takes the form of a game: if its participant is not a human being, then no human laws apply to him. In this way, children are pushed to renounce their identity and reject legal and natural laws.

According to Butskaya, the project implies a ban on the dissemination of information promoting the rejection of biological and household items of a person. At the same time, as the deputy noted, the initiative will not affect children's performances and movies in which reincarnation takes place according to the plot.

Earlier, on July 17, State Duma deputies adopted at a plenary session in the second and third readings a bill to increase fines for parents for improper performance of duties related to the maintenance, upbringing or education of children. According to the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, the minimum fine will now be from 500 to 2 thousand rubles.
