A resident of Buryatia died in a fire in an apartment building

A resident of Tunkinsky district of Buryatia died as a result of a fire in a residential building. This was reported on July 20 in the press service of the republican Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"An apartment building and the roof of a garage in the village of Turan were on fire last night. During firefighting, a man's body was found without signs of life," the department's Telegram channel says.

Previously, the cause of the fire was careless handling of fire. It is specified that 11 firefighters and three pieces of equipment participated in the elimination of the fire.
