American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk announced on July 20 that the team of his startup xAI plans to develop a version of a chatbot based on artificial intelligence (AI) Grok for children. The service is planned to be called Baby Grok.

"We plan to create Baby Grok xAI, an application designed for content acceptable to children," Musk wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

A chatbot called Grok was launched in 2023 at the initiative of Musk, who planned to create an assistant that would allow a person to "understand the nature of the universe" as truthfully as possible. This bot is integrated into the social network X, it is able to search and process data on the Internet.

On July 13, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on the plans of Space X, also owned by Musk, to invest $ 2 billion in the development of the startup xAI. According to one of the company's investors, the project has already been able to attract $5 billion in debt.
