The reasons why the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Moldova refused to register the opposition bloc Pobeda for the parliamentary elections are absurd. This was announced on July 19 by the leader of the Ilan Shor faction.

According to him, the reasons for the refusal could be any, but "this time the CEC surpassed itself."
