The refusal of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Moldova to allow the opposition bloc Pobeda to participate in the parliamentary elections will be challenged in court. This was announced to journalists on July 19 by the representative of the faction Vasily Bolya following the meeting.

"The CEC, justice and justice are not conducted here — they are decided in other offices. But we won't back down. We will appeal to the judicial authorities and will do everything possible to get the block registered," Sputnik Moldova's Telegram channel quoted him as saying.

Bolya also expressed gratitude to everyone who was waiting for the verdict on the participation of the block near the CEC building. He stressed that the voice of the people was heard, including by those present in the presidium.

Earlier in the day, the Central Election Commission of Moldova did not allow the Victory bloc to participate in the parliamentary elections. In addition, the police escorted Alexey Lunga, the leader of the Chance party, out of the meeting room after a verbal altercation with the leadership of the Central Election Commission, which was caused by the content of one of the parts of the resolution mentioning Transnistria, Stalinist repression and reasonable suspicions. He stressed that the party would in any case participate in the political life of Moldova.
