Russian synchronized swimmer Tatiana Gaidai took 12th place in the technical program in solo competitions at the World Aquatics Championships, which is being held in Singapore.
For the first time, a representative of Russia failed to win in the solo synchronized swimming technical program at the World Aquatics Championships. The result of the 24-year-old athlete was 228.5625 points.
The gold was won by Chinese Xu Huiyan (272.9917). The second was Belarusian Vasilina Khondoshko (260.5416), the third was Spanish Iris Tio Casas (260.2917).
