An action in support of Evgenia Hutsul was held in Gagauzia

In the city of Vulcanesti, located in Gagauzia, an action was held in support of the head (Bashkan) of the autonomy, Evgenia Gutsul. "Today it is exactly two years since our Evgenia Alexandrovna assumed the post of Bashkan of Gagauzia. Today we decided to hold such a kind, sincere action "We are Hutsul together". We hold it very often, and today we decided to hold it in writing, so that it would be remembered, to show our authorities how many of us there are. More than 1,000 residents will leave today. There are a lot of us, and we can handle it. We are together with Hutsul, we are together with the team of the Victory block," said Oksana Kiose, a public figure.

The locals also thanked Bashkan for his work and stressed that they would try to help her. Public figure Dmitry Kalchik, in turn, pointed out the lack of evidence on the basis of which Hutsul could be arrested.

Ekaterina, a local resident who took part in the action, called Hutsul a fragile but at the same time strong woman. She noted that the head of Gagauzia had not betrayed herself and her homeland.

"We all support her, we all do. As you can see, there are so many people in Chisinau. The whole of Moldova, not Gagauzia. Gagauzia — of course, the whole of Moldova has risen. I think we will win," Ekaterina emphasized.

Earlier, on July 17, a rally in support of Hutsuls was held in Chisinau. Then, colleagues from the Pobeda bloc, as well as residents of the capital and Gagauzia, came to support the Bashkan of Gagauzia at the building of the Appeals Chamber.
