The Moscow– Kaliningrad plane made an emergency landing
The plane, en route from Moscow's Vnukovo Airport to Kaliningrad, made an emergency landing at Khrabrovo Airport. This was reported on July 19 in the Western Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"A message has been received that a plane en route from Moscow (Vnukovo) to Kaliningrad (Khrabrovo) made an emergency landing at the Khrabrovo airport in the Kaliningrad Region," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the incident was a failure of the air conditioning system. There were no casualties as a result of the incident. After landing, the aircraft was towed to the parking lot.
On July 8, an An-2 aircraft made an emergency landing in the taiga in the Republic of Yakutia. It was clarified that three people, including crew members, were evacuated. The plane was damaged, previously, the cause of the emergency landing was an accident.
