Six people were injured in an accident on a highway in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

As a result of an accident on the Sharypovo – Nazarovo highway in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, six people were injured. This was reported on July 19 in the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"On the 38th km of the Sharypovo -Nazarovo highway, the 25–year-old driver of the Lifan car, moving towards Sharypovo, entered the oncoming traffic lane and collided with a Mazda car driven by a 33-year—old driver who was moving in the opposite direction," the department wrote in the Telegram channel.

It is noted that the Lifan driver was driving drunk and could not drive the vehicle. At the moment, the necessary actions are being taken to establish the causes and circumstances of the incident.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that four people were killed in an accident with a truck and a passenger car in Kuzbass. The accident occurred on the 74th km of the Belovo–Konovalovo–Prokopyevsk highway. The 19-year-old driver of the car and his three passengers died before the ambulance arrived. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kemerovo Region has opened a criminal case against the KAMAZ driver who caused the accident.
