The disabled and even the dead are being mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Artyom Irkha, one of the captured Ukrainian militants, told about this on July 19.
"They don't even look at people. Disabled or not, it doesn't matter. They're all… They bring them by bus. Just packed buses. They even bring in the dead. Some people are dying on the bus," the man said.
