Two children and two adults were killed in an accident with a Gazelle in the Penza region.

In the Penza region, four people, including two children, were killed in a traffic accident involving a Gazelle. This was reported on July 19 in the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

"According to preliminary data, <...> Renault Logan and GAZELLE collided on the 6th km of the R-207 highway, near the village of Bolshaya Elan in the Penza region," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that as a result of the incident, four people were killed, three more were injured and hospitalized in a medical facility. The prosecutor of the Penza region Alexey Shugurov went to the scene of the accident.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that four people were killed in an accident with a truck and a passenger car in Kuzbass. The accident occurred on the 74th km of the Belovo–Konovalovo–Prokopyevsk highway. The 19-year-old driver of the car and his three passengers died before the ambulance arrived. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kemerovo Region has opened a criminal case against the KAMAZ driver who caused the accident.
