Sollers announced the recall of 14.3 thousand cars.
Sollers has launched a recall campaign involving 14.3 thousand all-metal Sollers Atlant vans produced between January 1, 2023 and April 30, 2025. This is stated in the message of the domestic manufacturer, which was received by Izvestia on July 18.
The reason for the recall was a possible short circuit of the rear license plate light bulb, followed by melting of the wiring. This may occur due to malfunction when exceeding the permissible current strength of the fuse used in the current power supply circuit.
Sollers dealers will replace the license plate light fuses on recalled vehicles free of charge. For all new Atlant vehicles released after April 30, 2025, fuses with modified characteristics are installed on the assembly line, the manufacturer noted.
Earlier, on June 16, Anton Shalaev, head of Rosstandart, announced that almost 1.7 million cars had been recalled in Russia over the past five years as part of recall campaigns.
