A young man died under the wheels of an electric train in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, a 23-year-old young man was killed by an electric train. An inspection has been organized, the Western Interregional SU for Transport of the Russian Investigative Committee reported on Friday, July 18.

The hit–and-run occurred on the stretch of the Ligovo-Gorelovo stations. According to preliminary data, a young man born in 2002 was crossing railway tracks wearing headphones when he was hit by a train.

A check has been organized on the death of a person, the 78 TV channel clarifies. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.

In mid-June, a 15-year-old boy was injured at the Rzhevka station in St. Petersburg as a result of an electric train collision. He was walking along the railroad tracks with headphones on.
