Seven new residents of the Moscow region SEZs will invest 25 billion rubles in their projects

In 2025, seven companies became new residents of special economic zones (SEZs) in the Moscow Region. The total amount of investments invested in the projects will exceed 25 billion rubles, the press service of the regional Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science reported on Friday, July 18.

"Since the beginning of the year, seven companies have become residents of the Moscow region SEZ. They will invest 25.4 billion rubles in the implementation of their projects," said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

Three companies immediately became residents of the Dubna SEZ, and two companies became residents of the Istok SEZ. One company each joined the ranks of residents of the Stupino Kvadrat and Kashira SEZ. The implementation of their projects will create more than 760 new jobs, according to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

In total, there are six special economic zones in the Moscow region. Two of them— Dubna and Istok, are special economic zones of a technical and innovative type, on the territory of which about 190 residents are currently involved.
