Four people died after a car crashed into a river in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Four people died as a result of a UAZ car falling into the Pyana River in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was announced on July 18 by a source of Izvestia.
The incident occurred near the village of Pilna on Thursday evening, July 17. The car fell into the river from a country road.
"Two men and two women were killed. Another man, born in 1991, was injured. Divers recovered the bodies of the dead from the river," the source said.
Earlier, on April 20, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation reported that a car had fallen into the Yauza River on Moscow's Rubtsovskaya Embankment. As the driver of the fallen foreign car told Izvestia, he lost control because of the brakes.
