The Second Western District Military Court sentenced journalist Farida Kurbangaleeva (listed in the register of foreign agents of the Russian Federation, the list of extremists and terrorists) to eight years in prison in absentia in the case of justifying terrorism and spreading fakes about the Armed Forces of Russia (RF Armed Forces). This was announced on July 18 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
