The ammunition of the Kornet anti-tank system has quadrupled, and the range of standard targets has also expanded. This was announced on July 16 by the press service of Rostec State Corporation.

It is specified that the cassette now allows you to arm any ATGM installation with four 9M134 Bulat guided missiles. In this regard, the ammunition supply will increase and the range of standard targets will expand.

"The new munition increases the variability of the complex's use — now its typical targets include objects for which the power of a standard Kornet missile is excessive. Bulat is already undergoing trial military operation," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.

According to the press service of the state corporation, the ammunition is intended to destroy, among other things, medium-armored military equipment. The firing range with a rocket can reach several kilometers.

On June 23, the High-Precision Complexes Holding Company (part of Rostec State Corporation) handed over to the Russian Armed Forces the latest short-range anti-aircraft guided missiles for the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon system. It was specified that such mini-missiles would increase the Pantsir's ammunition capacity to 48 rounds.
