Partial power outage occurred in the Zaporizhia region

Nine settlements in the Zaporizhia region were left without electricity. This was announced on July 17 by the Governor of the Zaporizhia region Evgeny Balitsky.

"Partial power outage in the Zaporizhia region," Balitsky said in a Telegram message.

Melitopol, Energodar, as well as Vasilyevsky, Akimovsky, Chernigov, Primorsky, Priazovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Kamensk-Dneprovsky municipal districts remained de-energized.

On July 12, Balitsky reported that electricity had been cut off in the Zaporizhia region due to critical equipment overload. It is noted that the forced outages affected some consumers in Melitopol, Berdyansk, Vasilyevsky, Tokmak, Kuibyshevsky, Kamensk-Dneprovsky municipal districts. He later reported that the power supply had been stabilized.
