Qatar, Egypt and the United States have submitted an updated proposal to Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement to resolve the situation in the Gaza Strip. This was announced on July 17 by Axios portal journalist Barak Ravid.

The publication noted that the mediators will also provide guarantees for the extension of the truce if it takes more time to conclude a deal on the final conclusion of the conflict.
