Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded state awards and honorary titles to parents with many children from 13 regions of the country. The relevant decree was published on Thursday, July 17, on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The title of "Mother Heroine" was awarded to Valentina Glubochenko from the Stavropol Territory and Galina Tolstopyatova from the Tambov region.
