Russian ballistic missiles are capable of bypassing the radar installations of the American Patriot anti-aircraft missile system (SAM). This was reported on July 17 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

"The American system in Ukraine is experiencing more and more difficulties due to the appearance of more maneuverable ballistic missiles in Russia," the newspaper quoted an unnamed Ukrainian official as saying.
