The second girl injured in the attack in the Moscow region was discharged from the hospital.

The second girl, who was injured when a teenager was attacked with a hammer in the Moscow region, was discharged from the hospital. This was announced on Thursday, July 17, by the regional Children's Ombudsman Ksenia Mishonova.

"The second injured girl has been discharged home," Mishonova wrote on her Telegram channel.

The incident occurred on July 12th. A 16-year-old teenager attacked two girls aged 13 and 16 with a hammer in the forest. The attacker inflicted multiple blows to the victims on the head and fled the scene.

On the same day, Mishonova reported that one of the victims of the attack had died in hospital. On July 13, a court detained a teenager who attacked girls in the Moscow region. It was clarified that the attacker admitted his guilt and testified. During the first interrogation, the 16-year-old defendant stated that he adheres to the ideology of misogyny. He was detained until September 11.
