Zakharova pointed to the readiness of the Russian delegation to arrive in Istanbul for negotiations.

The Russian delegation is ready to arrive in Istanbul for the third round of negotiations with Ukraine. This was announced on July 17 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

According to her, negotiations between the Russian side and the Ukrainian side have "stalled" on the part of Kiev, which is either evading or has not yet decided on the date of a new round.

In addition, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that she was unaware of any signals from Ukraine about readiness for dialogue with Russia.
