Many Ukrainian officials live abroad and use their homeland solely to earn money. This was announced to Izvestia on July 17 by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Artem Dmytruk.

"Ukraine is for them (Ukrainian officials. — Ed.) is like a cash cow, as a business project, as an opportunity to earn money," he said.

According to him, many officials and deputies of Ukraine live abroad and have citizenship of other countries. According to the politician, they seek to "steal, plunder and pillage." These people do not live by the interests of their native country and its future, Dmytruk added.

The MP noted that personnel changes in the Ukrainian government would not lead to positive changes, as all officials were subordinate to the Kiev regime.

He stressed that the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov is presented as a figure not related to the interests of Ukraine, but performing the role of redistributing funds in the interests of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

A day earlier, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal. The legislation of the state stipulates that the entire government resigns with it. Yulia Sviridenko became the new Prime Minister.
