On August 10, the League of Heroes, with the support of the Moscow City Sports Department, will hold an eventful sports weekend dedicated to the Day of the Physical Education Student, as part of the Territory of the Future forum festival. Moscow 2030".

For the first time, residents and guests of the capital will be offered three unique sporting events in one day: the 2030 Race, La Strada cycling race and La Strada Fest, which will bring together more than 10,000 athletes.

"This summer we want to present a grandiose sports festival to Muscovites and guests of the city who are used to actively spending time and cannot imagine life without sports and all kinds of activities. On August 10, it will be possible not only to go to the start of a race or bike race, but also to choose several formats at once to your liking, running, for example, one distance in the morning and cycling in the evening, admiring the views of the evening capital. Thus, our goal is to make sports and a healthy lifestyle even more accessible and widespread," said Ksenia Shoigu, head of the League of Heroes.

The 2030 Race will be held for the first time and will bring together more than 5,000 people in several formats: morning long run at 21.1 km, evening 5 km at sunset and night 10 km. The start and finish of all distances are on the territory of the Luzhniki Sports Complex. Anyone over the age of 16 can become a participant.

The second part of the sports festival will be the traditional cycling race "La Strada" at a distance of 50K. It will pass through the historical center of Moscow in two laps with the start and finish at the Luzhniki Sports Complex. More than 1,500 cyclists will have an unforgettable experience, enjoy the speed and free streets. Anyone over the age of 18 can become a participant.

La Strada Fest will bring together more than 5,000 cyclists who will cover a 17-kilometer distance across the blocked Moscow from the Rowing Canal to the Novodevichy Embankment as part of a large column of cycling enthusiasts and connoisseurs of an active lifestyle, admiring the main sights of the capital.
