Putin accused Europe of non-compliance with the terms of the Black Sea initiative

European countries did not comply with the terms of the Black Sea initiative aimed at exporting food, and took Russian grain for themselves instead of sending it to the countries of the South. This was announced on July 17 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Andrey Guryev, head of the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers of the Russian Federation.

"Remember how the Black Sea initiative developed: the grain was supposed to go to the countries of the South, but it went to Europe," the head of state stressed.
