WSJ: Since the beginning of deliveries, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have complained of being unable to intercept SAMP-T missiles.

Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) expressed dissatisfaction with the French-Italian SAMP-T anti-aircraft batteries, which had difficulty intercepting ballistic missiles. This was reported by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on July 17.
"The Ukrainian military <...> stated that the SAMP-T had difficulty destroying ballistic missiles from the very beginning," RIA Novosti quoted the newspaper as saying.
