Repair of the Krasnokamensk—Matseevskaya highway will be completed in 2028

The repair of the Krasnokamensk—Matseevskaya highway in the Trans-Baikal Territory will be completed in 2028. By mid-October of this year, 2025, a 12-km section will be repaired according to the new GOST, the press service of the regional government reported on Thursday, July 17.

"For future years, another 20 kilometers of road will be traded. And we are finishing the road repairs in 2028. By this year, the Krasnokamensk —Matsievskaya road should be completely paved with new asphalt," said Deputy Minister of Construction Sergey Krivoshchekov.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, the issue of repairing the road from the railway station in Krasnokamensk was also raised. Design and estimate documentation is currently being developed.

Earlier it was reported that about 2 thousand km of roads are planned to be repaired in Transbaikalia by 2030. The works will be implemented within the framework of the national project.
