Lectures and trainings will be held for the townspeople as part of the "Summer in Moscow"

From July 18 to July 20, various events will be held for citizens within the framework of the Summer in Moscow project, including a running festival, film screenings, and dance parties. This was reported on July 17 on the city portal of the capital. mos.ru .

"The running festival, the Day of Giant Games, zumba training, film screenings, races and dance parties — from July 18 to 20, a rich program has been prepared as part of the Summer in Moscow project," the publication says.

So, on July 19, a master class in calligraphy will be held for Muscovites. As part of it, the participants of the meeting will learn how to write hieroglyphs under the guidance of a Chinese language teacher.

On July 19 and 20, lectures on the construction of artificial reservoirs in rural areas will be held for citizens.

In addition, residents of Moscow will be able to join the theatrical walking tour "Cultural and social life of the 19th Century Arbat" on July 19. During the event, the townspeople will learn a lot about the famous metropolitan street. One-hour walking sessions will be held from 11:00 to 22:30.

On the same day, a large running festival will be held on the Garden Ring. The participants of the event will need to cover 5, 10 and 15 km. The length of the distance depends on the age of the person. Each participant of the event will be awarded a commemorative medal.

On Tverskaya Boulevard, citizens will also be able to take part in realistic races, sitting on racing seats and pressing the pedals. They will be held on July 18 from 12:00 to 20:00, on July 19 and 20 from 12:00 to 21:00. According to the website, for comfortable driving, the height of the participants should be at least 150 and no more than 210 cm. Entrance to the races will be free.

The parliament is ready to recommend to the government additional measures to protect visitors to concerts and matches.

On July 16, it was reported about the launch of voting on the Moscow digital project "Active Citizen", thanks to which citizens will be able to influence the program of events of the "Book in the City" project. It is specified that such meetings are held at three venues of the "Summer in Moscow" — in Pushkin Square, at the Vitali Fountain and on Sretensky Boulevard.
