As a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) killed one person in Belgorod, five others were injured. This was announced on July 16 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Belgorod is under attack by enemy drones. <...>A civilian was killed. The man died on the spot from his injuries. <...> According to preliminary information, five people were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
