The Israel Defense Forces intercepted a missile from Yemen

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recorded a rocket launch from Yemen towards Israeli territory, and air defense systems were deployed to intercept the threat. The IDF announced this on July 16 in its Telegram channel.

"After the sirens that sounded some time ago in several areas of Israel, one rocket launched from Yemen was intercepted," the report said.

It is noted that the sirens were turned on in accordance with the protocol. Citizens were asked to follow the recommendations of the rear defense command.

Earlier, on July 10, the IDF also reported intercepting missiles from Yemen. It was reported that after alarms went off in several areas of the country, the Air Force intercepted one missile.
