Four people died during a fire at a gas station in the Kashkadarya region in southern Uzbekistan. This was reported on July 16 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic.
"At 14:40 (12:40 Moscow time), a report was received about an incident involving a fire in a fuel tank on the territory of the Oltindala gas filling station," the department's Telegram channel says.
Four people died as a result of the fire. The fire was extinguished by four fire brigades.
Earlier, on July 4, an explosion occurred at a gas station in Rome. The explosion damaged several buildings and "dozens of cars." Residents have been evacuated from the neighborhoods adjacent to the explosion site.
The Russian Embassy in Italy reported that there was no information about the injured Russian citizens. The number of injured was 45 people.
