The driver of the combine was injured in an attack by an APU drone in the Belgorod region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) struck a combine harvester in the village of Novostroevka-First Belgorod region, the driver of the equipment was injured. This was announced on July 16 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the Grayvoronsky district, in the village of Novostroevka One, a drone attacked a combine harvester working in a field. The driver was injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The victim with a mine-explosion injury and multiple blind shrapnel wounds to his face, shoulder and chest was taken to Grayvoronskaya CRH. Then the ambulance team transports him to the regional clinical hospital.

"As a result of the detonation, agricultural machinery caught fire — the fire was eliminated," the governor of the Belgorod region added.

Earlier that day, a man was killed in a UAV attack on a car in the Belgorod region. Gladkov clarified that another person was injured and received the necessary medical assistance.
