Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works on July 16 as part of a working visit.

The visit to the metallurgical plant began with an inspection of the new coke battery, which was commissioned in 2024 and is the most powerful in Russia with a production capacity of 2.5 million tons of dry coke per year.
