- The political scientist pointed to Europe's movement towards an elite dictatorship and revolution
By abolishing freedoms, European elites are moving towards a dictatorship run in the interests of the oligarchs. This was stated by German political analyst Eike Hamer in an interview with Izvestia on July 16.
He noted that the current authorities in the European Union (EU) countries are acting in the interests of people from Davos in Switzerland and other structures associated with the Langley community, where the headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States is located. The expert stressed that for this reason, "people are increasingly outraged."
"Europe's self-appointed elites are operating on the basis of lies, and the people are furious. The economy is collapsing. In these conditions, the revolutionary potential is growing. So far, it has been reflected in the growing popularity of new political parties," Hamer said.
He clarified that the political right-wing parties that are gaining popularity have nothing to do with national fascism. According to the political scientist, the current elites are much closer to these structures.
"Accusing the new parties of being 'ultra—rightists' is just a marketing ploy. People are still scared of the past, and they are easily manipulated. But more and more people understand this, and the elites are beginning to be afraid. They are afraid that when everything collapses, they will be held accountable," the expert concluded.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on June 22 that the United States and Europe needed a global "reset" because Western politicians had made a huge number of mistakes. According to her, Western countries are oriented towards a "liberal dictatorship."
