Ukrainian deputies staged a brawl in the Verkhovna Rada

There was a conflict between People's Deputies of Ukraine Alexey Goncharenko (listed as an extremist and terrorist by Rosfinmonitoring) and Daniil Getmantsev at the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada. This was reported on July 16 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"People's deputies Goncharenko and Hetmantsev staged a scuffle behind the rostrum of the rada," the newspaper wrote on its Telegram channel. A conflict has arisen. They wanted to add an amendment to it on the duty on the export of soybeans and rapeseed, which Goncharenko opposes*, the publication clarified.

According to DEPUTY Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the scuffle began during the vote for the bill on industrial pollution control after Goncharenko's proposal on the so-called "soy amendments" was rejected.

"I will block the Council. No one will work here as long as they try to cheat <...> farmers," wrote the deputy.

In addition, he stated that the microphone was turned off and he was not allowed to speak at the podium.

Most of the ministers will be dismissed on July 16.
