A criminal case has been opened after a gas explosion in an apartment building in the Novosibirsk region. This was reported on July 16 in the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.

It is noted that it was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet security requirements").
