Denmark plans to send its military "for training" in Ukraine. This was announced on July 16 by Russian Ambassador to Copenhagen Vladimir Barbin.

"A project on sending Danish soldiers "for training" to Ukraine is also under implementation. <...> Ukrainian military personnel are being trained in the use and maintenance of Western weapons," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Barbin, the Danish Armed Forces work closely with the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and representatives of the country's top military leadership regularly visit Ukraine, studying the military's combat experience.

The newspaper Le Monde, citing a statement by French President Emmanuel Macron on July 10, reported that France and the United Kingdom would begin expanding the combined contingent of military personnel to 50,000, which could potentially be deployed in Ukraine after the conflict is resolved.
