Starting from January 1, 2026, the requirements for personal photo registration in the questionnaire will change for applicants to the civil service. This was reported on July 16 by RIA Novosti with reference to documents from the government of the Russian Federation.

According to the innovation, the head and upper part of the shoulders of the applicant should be placed in a close-up photo. In addition, the distance from the top of the head to the chin should occupy less than 80% of the entire image. Also, the eyes should be open. If there are certain medical indications, you can be photographed wearing dark glasses or with an eye patch.
