The specialist noted that any allergen can be easily diagnosed.

"To do this, you need to make samples using plant pollen and laboratory tests. If a person has an intolerance in the form of skin symptoms, urticaria, dermatitis, then the product is detected," she said in an interview with Radio 1.

Logina clarified that the most powerful allergen is birch pollen. With such an allergy, intolerance to all stone fruits can develop: apricot, avocado, kiwi, cherry, and so on.

"Only here, in Russia, it is possible to treat all types of allergies, except for medicinal ones. When a person notices skin irregularities, coughing, shortness of breath, and attacks of suffocation, they should immediately consult a doctor," Logina warned.
