Salaries of painters and housing brokers are growing fastest in construction

Painters have become the most scarce specialty in construction this year, and their salaries are growing the fastest — by almost 40% in a year, according to the recruitment service. hh.ru and the developer SK10.

But the official data for the first quarter is 1 billion rubles less than the estimates of the trade unions.

The largest income is now offered in job advertisements that are not related to working professions: more than 180 thousand rubles for real estate brokers (an increase of 46% over the year), more than 170 thousand rubles for construction project managers (+16%), more than 177 thousand rubles for real estate agents (+24%).

Engineering professions took the second place in terms of income in construction this year: a surveyor can earn on average almost 154 thousand rubles, the chief engineer of the project — 159 thousand rubles. And already in third place were the working professions in demand on the country's construction sites: almost 149 thousand rubles are offered to foremen, almost 138 thousand rubles to machinists. Painters are willing to pay more than 118 thousand rubles, which is 40% more than last year.

"In addition to competitive remuneration, it is extremely important to create attractive working and development conditions for specialists," said Elena Machikhina, HR Director of the SK10 development company.

In general, according to the results of the first half of the year, the median salary offered in the Russian construction sector reached 124 thousand rubles, which is 17% more than in the same period of 2024.
