Natalia Efimochkina, Deputy Director for Scientific Work at the Federal Research Center for Nutrition, Biotechnology and Food Safety, told on July 15 during a round table on "Summer nutrition: what is the danger of ready-made food?" in the Izvestia press center how to organize meals for children in the summer.
"Children from the age of three and older eat with adults, safety requirements must be observed. Sushi and rolls, which are prepared from poorly processed fish, are dangerous especially in the summer," the expert said.
