The Russian Defense Minister congratulated the military on the liberation of Petrovka in the DPR

On July 15, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov congratulated the command and personnel of the 1465th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Southern Group of Forces on the liberation of the Petrovka settlement in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

"Congratulations on the successful completion of the combat mission. Today you have once again proved that solidarity, professionalism and loyalty to military duty overcome any difficulties," he is quoted as saying on the Telegram channel of the Russian Defense Ministry.

In addition, Belousov clarified that such actions of the Russian army during the fighting are a model of courage and bravery of military personnel.

Earlier that day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation liberated the settlements of Voskresenka and Petrovka in the DPR. At the same time, the Russian military of the 1465th Motorized Rifle Regiment showed the trophy received during the liberation of the settlement in the form of an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
