The city administration said that they carry out mosquito repellent treatment a few days before the beach opens in order to protect people and pets. The effect of protection from mosquitoes will remain after work for several weeks, writes the news agency " <url>".

Earlier, on July 14, it was reported that in the Tula region, near one of the reservoirs in the Aleksinsky district, people died from a lightning strike on the beach. A procedural check has been organized upon the incident to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy. The beach area is also being explored. According to the Izvestia source, three people, including one child, were killed in the strike.
