In Yekaterinburg, 12 people were hospitalized after poisoning in a local cafe "Versailles". This was announced on July 15 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk region.

"12 people were hospitalized in the infectious diseases department of the city clinical hospital No. 40 in a moderate condition," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that according to the results of the tests, salmonellosis was confirmed in the laboratory.

The Ministry of Health clarified that the victims are currently under medical supervision, their condition is assessed as satisfactory.

The mass poisoning in a cafe in the city was reported by local media earlier that day. According to preliminary data, visitors to the institution celebrated the graduation in the Versailles banquet hall.
