In Russia, from March 2026, the deadline for submitting receipts for housing and communal services (housing and communal services) will change and will be postponed from the 1st to the 5th. This was announced on July 15 by Vladimir Koshelev, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

"In Russia, from March 1, 2026, the deadline for submitting payment documents (receipts for housing and communal services) will be postponed from the 1st to the 5th day of the month. This rule is necessary to eliminate any delays," RIA Novosti quoted the deputy chairman as saying.
