An army aviation crew on a Ka-52m helicopter struck the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) located in a wooded area in the area of responsibility of the North group of forces. This was announced on July 15 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The ministry clarified that the strike was carried out using aircraft missiles at identified enemy targets. After the impact, the crew performed an anti-missile maneuver, and then returned to the departure area, having previously released heat traps.
