Two people were injured when an APU drone attacked a car in the Kursk region.

Two civilians were injured as a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a civilian car in the Belovsky district of the Kursk region. This was announced on July 14 by Acting Governor Alexander Khinshtein.

"Today, a Ukrainian drone attacked a civilian car between the villages of Ozerki and Giryi in the Belovsky district. Two people were injured in the attack," he said on his Telegram channel.

It is specified that a 60-year-old woman suffered multiple blind shrapnel wounds to her left hand, face, neck and chest, as well as a 57-year-old man, who suffered an open craniocerebral injury, fractured bones of the parietal region and penetrating shrapnel wounds to the chest.

Khinstein noted that the man is in extremely serious condition. The injured were taken to the Belovskaya Central District Hospital for first aid. Then, as the acting governor clarified, they will be transported to the Kursk regional hospital.

On July 14, the governor of the Belgorod Region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that two civilians, including a two-year-old child, who was diagnosed with a mine-explosion injury, barotrauma and abrasions of the temporoparietal region, were injured in an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Shebekinsky district. The injured were hospitalized.
